Description

The combination of modern technology and excellent value-for-money!

The compact and manageable energisers with a 9-volt battery are essentially used for mobile fencing, for rationed grazing requiring frequent moving, and for the leisure sector when needing to pen small numbers.  Cost and environmental assets: all energisers using a 9-volt battery can also be connected to a rechargeable 12-volt battery.

Our 9 V energisers offer unequalled value-for-money!

Due to their compactness and their moderate weight, these energisers are recommended for small mobile fencing purposes and for splitting fields.  Their simple use and reliability makes them popular in the leisure breeding sector.  All PATURA 9 V energisers also run on a 12 V battery

Proper installation for your 12 V battery:

Electrifiers on a 12 V battery are used when fencing is located at a distance from a 230 V electric current (i.e. in excess of 500 m).  The energiser is generally installed near the fence.  As the battery has to be regularly charged, the energiser must be placed near at hand.  At the same time, it should not be too visible in order to avoid theft.  For each new fencing set-up, the earth must be checked.

Proper installation for your PATURA energiser connected to the mains:

Electrifiers on a 12 V battery are used when fencing is located away from a 230 V electric current (i.e. in excess of 500 m).  The energiser is generally installed near the fence.  As the battery has to be regularly charged, the energiser must be placed near at hand.  At the same time, it should not be too visible in order to avoid theft.  For each new fencing set-up, the earth must be checked.

Combined 12 + 230-Volt energisers = 1 energiser

With one single apparatus, you are able to cover all areas commonly used with an energiser.  The electronics of the apparatus work in conjunction with a 12-Volt tension supply.  The connecting cable, supplied with the energiser, enables it to be directly connected to any 12-Volt battery.  The apparatus may be installed either by hanging it onto the fencing wire, or by screwing it onto one of the posts.

When the energiser is connected to the mains, the apparatus is linked via an external mains adapter.  In such a case, the energiser and the adapter must be installed in a dry place, e.g. inside a building (with no risk of combustion) or sufficiently sheltered.
